The Solution: I engineered a robust migration strategy that leveraged Microsoft's modern workplace tools for a secure and efficient transition. The solution included: • Endpoint Provisioning: Led the deployment of over 1000 Windows devices using Intune and Windows Autopilot to enable zero-touch provisioning and secure, compliant onboarding. This process automated device setup, reducing manual effort by over 80%. • Identity Management: Implemented Entra ID for identity and access management, ensuring a seamless single sign-on experience for all end-users while maintaining a unified security posture. • Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Supported the hybrid environment by synchronizing onpremise Active Directory with Entra ID, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the transition. The successful decommissioning of legacy systems improved efficiency and reduced operational costs by an estimated 30%. The Results: The project was completed successfully within the tight deadline and with minimal disruption to business operations.
