Project Overview:
Led the migration of 2000+ staff from legacy on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft 365 with
hybrid identity (on-prem AD DS integrated with Entra ID) and full Intune deployment. The goal was
to modernize IT operations, enhance security, and enable device management for Windows and
mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planned and executed migration strategy, including risk assessment and change management.
• Provisioned devices using Windows Autopilot, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Configured security policies: conditional access, MFA, endpoint compliance, antivirus and
firewall enforcement.
• Migrated user email and OneDrive files to Microsoft 365.
• Trained staff on Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Provided post-migration support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption.
