❖ All front-office personnel are trained, cross-trained, and

❖ Participates in the hiring of front-office staff. (Guest Service
Agent, Reservation Agent, Housekeeping Staff including
Securities.)

❖ Keeps custody of the master key in the entire premises. Verifies
that appropriate room status information is kept and
communicated accordingly with the management.
