Creative Nutshell Designs Dubai Hills Estate Sidra 2 Dubai PURCHASE ORDER # MTI-01/2022 Attn: Ms. Sarah Merchant – Design Director Dear Sirs, Sub: Your email dated 5th April 2022 and Final Quotation dated 11th April 2022 With reference to our various discussion and your above mentioned email & quotation, we are pleased place our order on you for the Design, Delivery and Implementation part at our Penthouse 7201 @ 23 Marina:Scope of Work: The scope of the Consultation and key Project Implementation scope include: • • • • • • • • • Concept Development and Mood Boards & Colour Palette Selections Furniture Selection / Customised Designing (dependent on client budget) Landscape Design for Terrace Tapestry and Upholstery Selection Lighting, Trim & Flooring Selections Paint, Wallpaper & Special Finishes Sourcing of Artwork and Accessories Periodic site supervision and Liasing with Vendors and Contractors Complete Setting out of layouts and installation supervision for furnishings, flooring and accessories The Consultation Charges is fixed @ AED 32,000.00 (Dirhams Thirty-two Thousand Only). Apart from this, VAT @ 5% will be applicable as per statutory norms. This Scope of Work includes complete project implementation by Creative Nutshell Designs and acceptance by us. Invoicing Details: (a) All invoices will be raised in the name of Merkle Tree Investments FZCO (b) Invoices along with details in triplicates (2 copies) to be submitted for each payment as per payment terms. (c) To carry out the implementation as per your design, we need to take certain approvals from the building facility management and your requested to provide us (a) Trade License (b) Scope of Work including number of days required at 7201 (c) Risk assessment and method statement (d) Third party liability insurance copy, wherever applicable. Payment Terms: • • • • 40% Advance on acceptance of this Purchase Order = AED 12,-% Payment will be made after selections of all items, Purchase and Delivery Made @ 7201 – including soft furnishings, lighting options, wallpaper and flooring. Installations could be Work-in-Progress = AED 9,-% Payment against all Layouts set in place. Pending could include accessories and artwork (personal choice specific to the client) = AED 6,-% 15 days from the date of Handing over with all required items as per the design = AED 3,200.00
