In this capacity, I quickly learned the importance of maintaining efficient office operations. I excelled in organizing schedules, managing communication, and ensuring that the day-to-day workflow ran smoothly. I also demonstrated proficiency in using various software and tools to enhance productivity, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack and Asana.

I also experienced working in lead generation. Working as a Junior Research Analyst at Advisen Phils., I became adept at identifying and nurturing potential leads. I utilized a combination of market & web research and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to generate quality leads for the sales team. My experience in this field has equipped me with valuable insights into lead qualification and conversion.

In addition to administrative and lead generation skills, I have also excelled in the realm of data entry. My meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and proficiency in data management software have enabled me to maintain and update databases with precision. This job requires deeper understanding on the job where I worked independently without any supervision and studied the project guidelines by myself.
