I have been with Ubiquity for almost 7 years and have been a Quality Analyst for Banking Operations for almost 5 years.

Being a Quality Analyst does not just mean listening to calls all day. It also entails a responsibility that whatever results of the audits done are communicated to operations to make sure that there will be an improvement and to have a better result.

I'm dependable on any given job and I can do it in a high standards, also I'm resourceful and can solve difficult problems and take it on my self to deal with things. I can say that I am self motivated that can learn the role quickly and need a little supervision.
