I am really Flexible and open for new knowledge, I had a Customer Service Experienced / technical support/ order entry/ Troubleshoot and also Collection specialist those were the tasks that i was doing in my previous job. I enjoy communicating with people as well as helping them resolve their issues. I am also fast learner so i can cope up with a situation if i encountered it already. I also have the pleasing personality as well as confidence that needed for this kind of job. I like to have a new experience and excited to learn new things by my own and maybe with others also. Working by my own alone at home will be new to me but I know I will do better if I will get job here. I can do multi-tasking as well since I had a Call center experience I can handle bad calls and bad situations. Being nice to irate people who have problems is not new to me. I can even make them calm by the pleasant voice and sincere voice they will hear when I approach them and make them feel like I understand how they feel and I always make it a point that after all the transaction and the conversation we have I will give a Customer Satisfaction to my clients. The positive attitude is highly needed for this kind of job being positive will make things easy and I am focus for every job I do because there are some process which are confusing that needs more attention to know everything about a certain process. I can also work night shift since I am use to work night shift and schedule of work is never been an issue to me. I am also competitive and I always do my best to make sure that I am doing the right thing for my job. At first any kind of job are not easy but if you have the patience to learn about it you will know everything about it. I am very innovative and optimistic because I always want to be the Best for everything I do. I am Really excited to get new job here and looking forward to be part of this industry that hires people who want to work at the comfort of their home and earn good salary while they are spending time with their Family
