I’m an experienced AWS Cloud and DevSecOps Engineer specializing in secure automation, GovCloud architecture, and CI/CD modernization for U.S. government and defense programs. As the Founder and CEO of RebelWave Technologies LLC (VOSB), I focus on delivering cloud solutions that balance operational agility with the highest levels of federal security and compliance.

My background spans AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and hybrid environments supporting DoD, NASA, and other mission-critical programs. I design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, security validation, and continuous delivery—ensuring systems meet FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and Zero Trust Architecture standards from the ground up.

I’m hands-on with technologies including Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes (EKS), ECS, Lambda, and AWS CodePipeline, and I integrate DevSecOps automation tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AWS Security Hub to streamline compliance and improve resilience. My focus is always on engineering efficiency—eliminating manual risk factors, accelerating deployment cycles, and improving traceability for ATO (Authority to Operate) readiness.

Through RebelWave, I’ve built a track record of helping agencies and contractors modernize legacy systems using automation-first strategies that enhance both speed and security. I believe in embedding compliance directly into pipelines rather than treating it as an afterthought. That mindset has allowed me to deliver solutions that reduce deployment time by more than 60% while maintaining full auditability and mission assurance.
