We conduct surveys over the phone and talking to people in the U.S for their opinions about politics, current events and local issues.We type the verbal responses of the respondents accurately. We also do customer satisfaction surveys. I also have experience in cold calling in a real estate for 3 months. I am familiar in using XenCall. Through my experiences, it helps me improve my communication skills and made me comfortable talking to people over the phone. I have basic knowledge in microsoft word and excel as well as power point presentation.
