I'm a hardwoking, skillfull and fast learning individual that is looking for another venture in onother company where i could provide my skillful service on their excellent growing company. Responsible parent and husband. In the past couple of years i worked in a BPO company as a customer relationship manager on one of their financial accounts which is Barclays, originaly from europe however they decided to take their credit card to the US. My job back then basically was to assist customers regarding their financial accounts, if our customers have disputes or they need to review their activities and other financial concerns i belong to a team that assist them. Before that a worked as a Human resources employment service/HRIS that assist on employees needs and concern and clerical duties, that includes records keeping, file creation and file managment. I am trainable and very versatile regarding work duties, meaning after i learned the process of the specific job i can be inovative regarding the procedure. Based on the numbers of friends that i aquired during my stay in the past companies that i worked for , i can confidently say that i am fun to be with as a colleague, and also serious and straight forward when it comes to work related concerns.
