Currently, I work as a freelance Medical Biller and Collector. In addition, I gained extensive experience in the Homecare industry as a Care Manager/Recruiter. In this role, I managed end-to-end caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and training; coordinated caregiver schedules to align with client needs; ensured compliance with Medicaid requirements using tools like Chronotek and Sandata; addressed caregiver and client concerns promptly and efficiently; and supported administrative tasks, including prior authorizations, reporting, and payroll coordination.
