•Product research such as providing the best webinar tool, car for sale comparison, and other products you may request to me using Microsoft/Google applications for presentation

•Submitted research on different social issues such as hate speech, mental health, and democracy and giving recommendations

•Web research such as providing the best speaker and finding leads for your business you may want me to search.

•Data entry such as organizing data and creating graph/pie charts by using Microsoft/Google application

•Doing E-mail management such as responding to inquiries, filtering messages, and managing spam.

•Zoom management, creating and hosting zoom webinars but not limited to hosting different platforms.

•Doing calendar management such as organizing upcoming appointments and setting up meetings using Google Calendar.

•Social media management for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Creating scheduled posts and making poster designs using Canva.

•Transcribed more than 10 hours of video
