My background spans HR Tech, social care recruitment, SaaS startups, and nonprofit environments, where I have consistently contributed to building efficient systems, improving hiring outcomes, and supporting organisational growth.
I began my career in operations and gradually specialised in recruitment operations as my responsibilities expanded. Since joining my current organisation in 2023, I have supported end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and compliance checks. Over the past six months, I have played a key role in improving hiring throughput from roughly 10 hires per week to over 15 hires per week by streamlining workflows, standardising screening criteria, and improving onboarding documentation and tracking. I also manage right-to-work and onboarding documentation in line with UK immigration and employment requirements, working closely with compliance and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Beyond execution, I am particularly interested in process optimisation and data-informed decision-making. I have built onboarding templates, trackers, and dashboards that improved visibility, reduced delays, and enhanced collaboration across teams. My experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics allows me to identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements rather than relying on ad-hoc processes.
