In my previous position as an Infrastructure engineer, I had the privilege of leading the Infrastructure team with the implementation, support, and training for both Internal and external clients. I was also responsible for maintenance and reviewing new features that will be implemented. We also have a Managed Services engagement with local and international companies where we provide support and administration for either their users and / or their IT infrastructure.

I do my best to keep myself updated with the new features of the products and systems that we support and take applicable certifications. lastly, I make sure to include good service management through following best practices.
