I am a dedicated and versatile professional with a background in digital content creation, marketing support, and customer service. With a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from the University of Mindanao, I have developed strong communication and organizational skills that complement my technical abilities. My journey began as a Media Content Video Editor, where I was responsible for editing and enhancing video content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns. I crafted engaging visual stories, added captions, animations, and special effects, and optimized content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram to increase audience engagement and retention.

Later, I had the opportunity to work as a Content Promoter and Digital Marketing Assistant for a U.S.-based artist. In that role, I managed their online presence by creating engaging posts, interacting with fans, and running promotional campaigns. This experience taught me how to build an active digital community and boost visibility through creative and strategic content. I also worked as a Chat Support Representative, where I provided real-time assistance to customers. I handled multiple queries efficiently, maintained a friendly and professional tone, and contributed to improving chatbot automation to enhance the overall support experience.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and various video editing tools.
