My first job was a customer service associate in Video City ( VCD / DVD rentals and Wholesaler/ retailer of Original VCDs/DVDs). I have experienced in dealing with various customer from high profile to low profile people. Basically I know how to adjust my presence to a customer. I can be professional and I can be "someone you can ask silly questions". After that I shifted my career to sales. I was an Account developer of Coca-cola. Tasks are extremely broad. From sales, to marketing and even to manage dealer to maintain enough stocks for few days . Maintaining adequate stocks is challenging, because you need to understand the ares's needs, flow of sales, upcoming events and tally it to the stocks. This way you can provide adequate stocks for the area. Easy to put in words but very challenging to do. Literally, this is how you multi-task. You cant stop in selling the product, you need to monitor what you have, what your area will demand on the next few days. After that I transitioned to BPO/Call center industry. I become top Agent in a matter of 2 months, and maintained that status in succeeding months. On the same year I became one of the Top Agent of the year surpassing tenured agents. I was a Technical support for a cable company. I troubleshoot cable and send technician if necessary.
