Production
• Prepares Production Plans as directed by the Management with the purpose of achieving
the following objectives:
• To maximize production of finished goods according to plant capacity in
accordance to agreed Production Calendar.
• To meet delivery schedules committed to customers.
• Oversees the day-to-day Plant operations:
• Monitors inventory of raw materials, finished products and chemicals (CCA)
• Checks production logbooks maintained by Treatment Plant (Boocho) operators;
• Checks record of chemical usage and inventory level;
• Checks logbook to determine inventory finished goods at the warehouse;
• Ensures that all inventories are properly accounted for.
• Facilitates delivery of finished goods to customers
• Ensures proper maintenance of all Treatment Plant machineries and equipment;
• Monitors status of machines and equipment and reports in case of machine
breakdown
