I have most recently worked in a military medical research facility, developing database software using both AGILE and Waterfall methods while providing support for ongoing issues with other developer’s projects. During my time there, I’ve authored several “How-To” guides for end users, receiving high praise for clarity and detail from the department head.

In the past, I've also provided both Tier I and Tier II support for WinOS/Apple desktops and notebooks. I currently possess two IT certifications. Also most notably, I have extensive experience providing excellent support for a wide range of software applications, hardware, networking and operating system issues. While in this role, I have often been called to find solutions where other IT analysts have thrown in the towel.

While providing analysis on the use of space, I also gained a decade's worth of experience working for an architecture/construction unit at a Washington, DC university. During that time I also gained valuable experience on construction principles while working closely with a variety of professions and administrative levels to complete projects, along with interacting directly with students and academic professionals.
