I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for 2 years. Before being a Virtual Assistant, I was once a Business Process Outsourcing Agent, that handles customers from the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand. I worked as an agent for a year then I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert then after 6 months being an SME, I was promoted as a Team Leader, where I had the most number of experiences when it comes to handling a team, and doing managerial tasks. To cut the story short, I worked in the BPO industry for about 5 years then I decided to setup a small office at the corner of my room, then that's how I started my Virtual assistant's Journey.
