I have worked as a coach in the BPO industry for almost 2 years handling different campigns for billing, tech support and customer service. Part of me being a coach is to make sure that I get to know my numbers report it to my direct superiors and do all deliverables such as adjusting payfiles, business reviews and basic reports analytics. On my experience I have shown great performance which lead me being commended by my managers and given a reward every rewards and recognitions.
