John Mark is a Senior Cloud Service Manager at OpenText, a global leader in information management and digital solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, where he achieved academic excellence and honed his analytical skills.
In his current role, he manages end-to-end delivery for a set of accounts, helping customers implement new trading partners and grow their supply chain faster and more efficiently. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and quality service delivery, and serves as an escalation point and a sub-lead for his team. He is also a champion of employee engagement, representing and coordinating with his co-workers for inter-company events.
Before joining OpenText, he was an Operations Team Leader at DXC Technology, where he managed 20 FTEs for service delivery, incident management, and change management.
