I'm currently working as a Team Leader at TaskUs. I've been in the BPO industry for five years, 2 years a Customer Service Representative, 5 months as a Subject Matter Expert and 2 years as a Team Leader. I handled different line of businesses such as Telecommunication, Money Transfer and Online Food Delivery accounts.
