I am flexible and a fast-leaner worker. I have 5 years of experience working in the BPO industry, specifically in managing data and quality compliance.
I have gained much knowledge, experience, and have improved my skills and abilities including data entry, data management, and data analysis. My recent working experience was held in a BPO company that was giving support to a popular Online shop in the Philippines. There, I was a given a task to audit/review and check all the contents of the items that was to be sold by the seller in compliance with the standards given by our client and provided them new data/information to improve the branding of their products. When I face a confusing product content, I use the internet to research and compare it from the other online shops so I can give new data that will help my colleagues to understand the particular product, what it's purpose and what category should it land. I have experienced with MS Office tools, including, MS Word, MS Excel, and Power point. And I have knowledge to use data extraction tools and arranged them into a output that is needed by our client. And I have experience too, talking to my clients to help resolving problems and give them new information that they needed.
