Managed and coached a team of 20-25 agents regarding
the call they received, Identifying the root cause, what went
wrong, what they should have done, and providing an action
plan for the agent to follow and monitor its activity.
Utilized effective de-escalation techniques to resolve
approximately 40 escalated calls/emails and chat.
