I've had a lot of success offering virtual services and support to customers, as well as creating graphics for businesses. I assist and support my clients in growing their businesses locally and internationally by optimizing, delegating time-consuming chores, and developing internet marketing strategies. Recently I graduated in a VA training course under DICT – VI and trained to do web research, data entry, audio and video transcription, email handling, and client management, CRM, hashtag research, content calendar, social media content creation, email marketing, chatbot setup, and testing. I support and help my clients grow their business locally or globally, to achieve their goals for their business by optimizing, delegating their time-consuming tasks, and creating online marketing strategies.

I'm also a Canva expert and proficient with, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom, Filmora. Being flexible, resourceful, and creative in any way, I love using Google Suites, Trello, Airtable for project management, SproutSocial for scheduling of contents, and Toggl for time management as I always want everything to be organized when working. I am also familiar with the following tools/Apps/Softwares like Slack, Corel Draw, Strikingly as I believe these are all needed in every business.
