I have 5 years of recruitment experience handling various healthcare positions. I am currently working as a healthcare sourcer at AgileOne supporting All’s Well account for the position of Direct Service Professional. Before that, I was a recruiter at IBM for two and a half years doing end-to-end recruitment for Providence Saint Joseph Health, a network of clinic and hospitals based in the United States. The positions I handled during this time included Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Radiologist, Medical Coders, and leadership positions such as Clinic Directors, Managers, and Supervisors. My first recruitment experience was with TTEC, or Teletech before the pandemic.

I am adept in using different recruitment tools and strategies. I am familiar with different Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Taleo and Genesis. I am highly experienced in using different sourcing methods such as the use of job boards like LinkedIn. I am also knowledgeable in utilizing non-traditional sourcing methods such as Boolean String Search and Google X-ray.
