Hi, Im John Frederick Policarpio.

I completed my training in Amazon Virtual Assistant Masterclass under Amazon Sellers VA (ASVA). This is an in-depth course that tackles the basics and advanced skills that an Amazon Sellers VA need to have, ranging from Product Research, Supplier Sourcing, Listing optimization, SEO, PPC and other courses that will drastically improve the client's Amazon Business.

It is primarily focused on handling anything related to Amazon but it is in essence a VA course and the skills that I have learned can be applied in other field that is requiring the service of a VA. Aside from that I am still investing in myself by looking for other training courses in VA to further hone my skills and bring more stellar service to future clients. I aim to deliver the best that I can offer to the benefit of my clients, for their success is also my success.

Before deciding to take the path of being a VA, I work for a BPO company as a Lead Generation Specialist that that caters to US and Canada clients for 3 years. Before that I was an Operations Manager for Mytattooskins, a job in which I am in charge of handling Clients inquiries and orders, after sales, shipping, inventory and other sales related work.

Most of the skills that I have acquired with my years of work, be it directly related or unrelated to the job that I am applying of, can be optimized to streamline the work that I will be assigned to. And with additional minor trainings related to the position, I believe that I can handle the job with more than satisfactory results.
