I am a professional transcriptionist and researcher with over 7 years of experience in audio/video transcription, data analysis and technical writing. Prior to freelancing, I previously worked as a News Specialist and Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters (Reuters Insider TV) where my main tasks included intensive research, transcription and all around meta-tagging/SEO for on demand news clips of financial and economic interest (news and interviews dealing with various accents such as: North American, British, European, Asian and Australian) among others. I have an average typing speed of 80 to 90 WPM.
