Hi, I'm John Felix Murallon. I have a solid background in customer service, training, and administration, with over 5 years of experience in the BPO industry. I started as a Customer Service Representative handling financial accounts for clients in the US, UK, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia. During this time, I consistently exceeded KPIs and ranked among the top 20 agents out of 400.
As I grew in the industry, I transitioned into leadership roles, including being a Team Lead in Administration and Marketing, where I helped streamline processes and improve sales targeting OFWs in international markets. More recently, I’ve been working as a Trainer at Teleperformance, where I design and deliver training programs for both new hires and current agents. I’ve conducted voice, escalation, region-specific, and global training sessions—demonstrating my ability to adapt and communicate across cultures.
