I am a native American from California now living in the Philippines. I have two years experience in a remote setting as a project manager and coordinator for a video production company. Additional duties in the position included script writing and virtual assistant duties for the owner of the company.
During my time in this position, I helped to oversee a quadrupling in growth from a small upstart company producing wedding videos and basic video production to producing a wide range of promotional videos for clients and companies worldwide.
I was previously employed with Arcata Auto Supply, Inc. a chain of locally owned auto parts stores for 15 years where I was head of the shipping department for 10 years and spent my extra time as a CSR for 12 years in their wholesale division. I was eventually promoted to oversee their Eureka, CA store location where I worked for one year before the owners retired and sold to Napa Auto Parts.
With more than 20 years of customer service and more than 10 years of supervisory experience, I have taken pride in approaching various positions with the ability to problem-solve and provide input to help improve efficiency which has helped with the growth of various companies where I have been employed.
With my experience with assisting clients overseas, I am extremely flexible in my hours available and also to work with companies maintaining U.S. business hours. I am also able to maintain efficient communication and can respond to clients quickly as needed.
