I am a Seasoned Real Estate VA with experienced working with License Realtors Based in Philadelphia and Missouri. My main REI Task were generating Leads Via Cold Calling and SMS. My other task also included organizing my clients Leads via Podio and Google Calendar, Creating and organizing leads from raw excel Files into Podio and Sending Batch SMS Campaign via Smarter Contact. My other Roles also included searching properties and names via Propstream as well as run comparables for properties.

I have experience in using REI SITES such as Craigslist, Zillow, Redfin & Trulia. Experienced using Different Call Tools such as Mojo Dialer, CallRail, XenCall & SmrtPhone. With my Experience and skills Related to Real Estate I believe I'm a strong fit for the role. 

Prior to my Real Estate VA role I had 9 years experience in customer service relations in different platform. These are mainly inbound and outbound calling, email and chat support. I worked with different companies such as Amazon, AT&T, wells Fargo and most recently with JP Morgan Chase Bank. I have extensive knowledge in handling different roles such as customers service, collections, disputes, logistics and tech support.
