• coordinate to guests and provide resolution of issues in the properties; 

• handle bookings and process payments; and 

• communicate and help the guests before, during, and after stay through SMS and emails.

• Handle inbound calls from Dentists; 

• update status of patients' claims and benefits; and 

• coordinate resolution of issues in the patients' dental plan.
