My work background includes working in a call center environment mainly in customer service and technical support.
Most recently, I worked for Ring Central as a technical support representative assisting business class customers. My responsibilites include maintenance of their phone system, making sure that the calls they get are routed to the right departments and doing follow ups to ensure the quality of the service our clients get.
Previously, I worked with a high volume customer support center for a company in US that offers residential fiber optics service. I demonstrated the ability to sell the company's product with customers who call us. Upgrade their service and offer them what they don't have yet. I make sure that new customers service gets installed at the date they wanted and do basic test to ensure that the service is working.
