My name is John Chris Ledesma, and I am a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping others through efficient administrative support and excellent customer service. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information System, and I am currently pursuing my Master in Business Administration, which continues to strengthen my understanding of business processes, organization, and communication.
Even though I am a fresh graduate, I gained strong hands-on experience by helping manage our family-owned wholesale and retail business. This experience taught me valuable real-world skills that are highly useful in virtual assistant and office support roles. I handled tasks such as coordinating with suppliers, purchasing inventory, monitoring daily cash flow, talking to customers, organizing documents, and supporting the overall operations of the store. Through these responsibilities, I developed strong problem-solving abilities, patience, adaptability, and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision.
I am skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email management, data entry, basic bookkeeping, and simple online tools. I also have experience handling schedules, organizing files, managing information, and assisting with daily business tasks—skills that easily transfer to remote or virtual work. I am a fast learner, and I can quickly adjust to new tools, systems, and work environments. I always make sure that the tasks given to me are done correctly, on time, and according to instructions.
One of my strengths is my ability to communicate clearly and stay calm even in busy situations. My experience dealing with different kinds of customers in our business taught me how to be patient, polite, and understanding. I always aim to provide a smooth and positive experience to the people I work with.
