I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and am an electronics technician board passer. I have strong critical thinking skills, analytical thinking skills, and logical thinking skills. I am also a detail-oriented person and, as a junior software quality analyst, I'm proficient in creating test cases and have experience using management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello. I'm proficient in creating test cases and using the QASE tool for test case documentation. I am intermediate in creating test plans, test estimations, and user acceptance requirements. I am also proficient in manual testing, regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, defect retest testing, and raising a bug or improvement ticket using Jira. I have some knowledge of mobile automation and API testing and have a basic understanding of the C++,Python, Java, and JavaScript programming languages. And for Microsoft tools, I am proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reports and presentations.
