You can call me Carlo. I am an expert when it comes to Customer Service and Technical support. I have worked as a Customer Care Specialist for over 2 years handling a US Telco account as my first job and then transferred as a Technical Support for an Australian Telco account for a year. However, the account pulled out of our company so they have transferred me over to a sales account for a US Satellite TV. But it was not only about sales, it was more of Customer service and billing with a little bit of technical support. After a year and a half, I decided to take a different path and applied as a Financial Adviser at HSBC. There I handled consumer credit cards in the UK market as phone support.
When the pandemic hits I decided to start doing Home Based Jobs. I worked as customer support for Yehey Japan co ltd. along the way there are some additional tasks given, I started doing Social Media management and became an assistant team leader for the remittance team. At the same time, I found Selanto Apps and worked as a video editor at first but then my role evolved to being customer support, social media manager, and started doing admin works.
