I have also worked with a Healthcare Campaign providing solutions to Healthcare Professionals with their claims, benefits and eligibility inquiries at Teletech and UnitedHealth Group. Lastly, I was a Customer Care Representative for an Australian Energy company providing Customer Service with Sales and Collections at Tata Consultancy Services.
I am proficient with Microsoft Office. I am Microsoft Office Specialist Passer specifically with WORD. Knowledgeable with web page designing using Macromedia Dreamweaver and basic WordPress and programming. I can do multi-tasking and I can work with minimal supervision.
