In the past 5 years, I've worked as a customer service representative for a Cable company for 2 years and 6 years for a Telecom Company. My primary role includes Tech support for the Cable Company and Number Portability Specialist on the Telecom Company. After a couple years being with the call center industry, I decided to work online for me to avoid traffic and spend more time with my family. Luckily, I got hired by an eCommerce company based in Miami, Florida and they are selling refurbished items which I was assigned to answer phone calls and reply emails from customers.
