I worked as a Customer Representative Expert for T-Mobile for about 2 years. In a short amount of time working with them, I was able to gather all information needed and master their style of customer service and achieve their goals and gain a lot of recognition that earned me the title as the Expert of the Month and at some point I became part of the Global 1% best agent. As a Customer Representative Expert I am responsible in assisting the customers in multiple system. Primarily through chat but we also handle customers concern through emails and phone calls. Aside from that I also work as a Health Benefits Representative for the State of North Carolina State Health Plan. I am responsible in assisting members with the benefits of their health plan. These are not just regular members but I we are also assigned to assist members of the government, government agencies and organizations, private companies, Military members and retirees. Our main goal is to assist them in enrolling them to their health benefits for the upcoming year. Also helping them with their claims, bills, legal documents needed related to their health or insurances, hospital visits, surgery, monitoring their plans and managing their profiles, medical code and transferring their plan to another plan. Working with them polished my skills in customer service. I gain a lot of experience that made me a people person, I really love communicating with people. I really love being engage to their emotions and feelings and always wanted to help them with their problems. I can be trusted with the job or task that will be assigned to me and finish it earlier that the given time frame. You can say that I am pretty confident with myself because I have the skills and experience required when it comes to customer service. What makes me different among the rest is that I am dedicated, self driven, self motivated and creative person. I dedicate all my time and effort when it comes to my job just to let you know that I will not take for granted the work and the opportunity that I am about to receive. And I can assure you that I will always do my best.
