John Benedict R. Tapere

My name is John Benedict R. Tapere or Jake, currently residing in Bacolod City, Philippines. I developed my work skills for more than 16 years in the BPO industry. I learn to understand how to deal with different types of people, from business owners that had Visions and Missions of their Products, Services. The accounts consist primarily of Teleservices Appointment settings, Donations, Business Listing, Vacation Packages, Mortgages, Tech Support, and many more. I have also been able to perform as a Trainer and Team Leader on various occasions, which was rewarding with agents, that we're able to perform efficiently through my guidance and supports. I am efficient and very much organized, once the goal is set I am very determined to have it met or even go beyond it, I don't stop on a Goal or a Quota, I don't sit down or relax, instead I am fueled by it and makes me more excited to work more beyond what's asked for me too, but I am always open to growth, and Learning is constant whether in Work or Personal Life.
