John Alvin Gabriel V. Rabaya

My name is John Alvin Gabriel Rabaya, and I’m someone who’s always been passionate about helping people and making things work smoothly. I’ve been working in customer service and social media management for a few years now, and I’ve learned a lot about communication, teamwork, and the importance of consistency in getting good results.

I started my career in customer support back in 2019, where I handled phone, email, and chat inquiries. That experience really taught me patience and how to stay calm even when dealing with difficult situations. I’ve always believed that how you handle people matters just as much as solving their problems. Over time, I got the chance to take on more responsibilities, like helping with escalations and guiding new team members, which helped me grow both professionally and personally.

After working in customer service, I transitioned into social media management, where I’ve been working for the past two years. In this role, I focus on promoting brands and managing various social media accounts. I create engaging posts, interact with audiences, and develop strategies to increase visibility and engagement. What I enjoy most about this work is the balance between creativity and planning, finding effective ways to connect with people while aligning with each brand’s goals and identity.

I’m a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented person who always strives to deliver quality results. I take initiative and communicate openly with my team because I believe collaboration is key to success. Whether I’m assisting customers or managing social media campaigns, I always put in my best effort to ensure everything is done efficiently and professionally.

Outside of work, I like to spend time doing things that help me relax and recharge. I enjoy reading, listening to music, playing computer games, and playing basketball whenever I get the chance. These activities keep me grounded and motivated to perform well in my professional life.

My goal is to continue improving my skills in social media management and customer support. I’m committed to growing both personally and professionally while contributing positively to the success of the people and teams I work with.
