process of the social media frames, Dynamic Ads, Dynamic Hero Videos, and Digital circulars
for top Brands such as; Made.com, Ubisoft, John Lewis, etc. for all social media platforms. With
my leadership we ensured every creative was optimized to target the correct audiences, to gain
increased KPIs.

The team I managed supported the delivery of visual design projects, whether for print design,
various catalogues, websites, videos, animations, product-specific 3D visuals or display stands. On
the technical testing side, we would primarily test products, and if needed, improve them or suggest
improvements to our manufacturing partners. This role also included making product-specific
datasheets, technical drawings and installation instruction materials, I.e., video and PDF instructions,
and I would report any work progression, road blocks and success to the management.

MY PERSONALITY
Im kind of an introvert only by choice, I do have the ability to flip a switch and be
bubbly with those I get close with. I believe loyalty is important in life but that couples
with trust and trust are earned. My friends call me a sponge because I love to learn,
and I learn practical visual things pretty easily. I love humans in general but sometimes
the world makes my heart ache.
