Over the last four years, I have been using MS Word and MS Excel in generating reports and manipulating data for a school that I used to work for. It's also the application I use for the inventory of stocks and monitoring of sales in our store. With these experiences, I am able to develop more of my ability to be patient with clients and customers, more empathetic to their needs and more pro active in giving solutions to problems. However, prior to working in a school and managing my own store, I already had my share of experience in Customer Service. I used to work in a call center as a Technical Support Staff for a telecommunication company. I assisted clients with issues connecting to the internet, walking them through how to do basic home networking. Aside from being a technical support, I also experienced handling clients with billing issues, retention and sales.
