I am a well rounded virtual assistant. My specialization belongs to a Customer Service role that can handle multiple issues at the same time. My recent job as a CSR was being a Chat Support for LTD broadband, an Internet service provider in Nebraska, Minnesota, and Iowa area. My role was to assist the customer on billing concerns, Marketing inquiry, and general questions as well. I also experienced when it comes to eBay listing as I have worked for 8 months with my client on Upwork. What I do was to research profitable items then list them to their store on eBay.
