I processed customers returns and refunds, updating tracking numbers, answering customers questions and more.

I also worked as an Amazon Item Lister, Title Optimizer. I also do Amazon FBA Product Sourcing, I researched good sellable products in Amazon, and compare them on Alibaba and contacting different suppliers from china, asking for item details, making negotiations and more.

I also experienced sourcing products using Tactical Arbitrage, by searching products in different stores and category. And analyzing product using Keepa to track the product selling and pricing.
