I’m 41 years old and a father of 2 daughters and a son. Currently working in a BPO Company for over 12 years.

I decided to vacate my position as a lead to pursue my dream to work at home. I’m very excited about this new career growth.

I am hardworking, honest, can work with minimum supervision, confident and has good communication. Skilled in building effective, productive working relationships with members and colleagues. Can easily understand complex issues and take an unusually creative approach to solve problems.

I am immediately available for long term and short term employment.

As a Supervisor, I am responsible for leading people and coordinating with the offshore clients. Our main responsibility is to assure that only quality data will be entered in our system to avoid claims. We are trained to give the clients the quality products they deserve and to exceed their expectations. We are also being tasked to submit productivity reports in an excel file, do a presentation when needed, answer emails in MS Outlook and update the work instructions.

We had daily calls to make sure everything is okay and to address certain issues immediately.
