Hi everyone, My name is Joel and I would like to tell you something about me that will get you interested to hire me. I' am sure that I have the qualities of an employee you are looking.

I started working as Marketing personnel in a restaurant and my primary responsibility is to help the store the increase its sales and to have promote it to the community. During this period, I made some tie ups with different company, stores and establishment to help our stores to increase it sales. I also used social media to promote and advertise our stores. I manage the accounts and answer all possible inquiries of our clients/ customer. I can say that I pretty manage this and I'am successful in marketing our stores. Our year to date sales increase because of our marketing strategies.

After this, I worked in corporate world, BPO. I' am working now in this industry for more than 4 years now. I started here as level 1 representative whose primary duty is to answer the calls and assist the callers in their inquiry. I always make sure that I provide excellence service at my work. Because of the efforts and trust on me by manager, I was lucky to be promoted as Subject matter expert. On this phase, I handle 15 heads of people and my primary duty is to manage the team, During this era, I handle escalations, schedules of the team, monitoring the behavior, sending reports and admin task. After a year of hard work I was promoted as Quality Analyst. On this job my primary duty is to audit calls and send reports like root cause analysis and graph reports showing the data of scores. I also made some presentations to our clients.

I also manage my own account for online marketing. I put lots of efforts and time connecting to other people. Luckily, I have enough people who like and follow my page. I can say that I am great in marketing since i have lots of clients.

Also, I can do basic graphic designs, logo and banners for your company.
