My experience as a Telesales Representative for more than eighth years has taught me to be more patient to customer, since we encounter different types of customers.
For example, I encounter rude,irritate and rejection regularly. This is what i should do, Although rejection can be frustrating, I understand that it's part of a telesales job. When I first started working in telesales, I took a course on rejection and how to overcome my feelings. I continue to use the knowledge and skills I gained from that course when interacting with people. After every sales call, I remind myself that more opportunities are available and continue in my efforts
As a Telesales Representative for my previous company, that experience was the most unforgettable experience. An amazing company where you can build and achieve almost anything but rightly it requires you to take accountability and to work hard.I can say that is the most unforgettable experience in my entire career as a salesperson for eighth years because at first having problem so much with stats most of the time I am the lowest of the team . After not meeting the quota in the first quarter, I worked with successful members of the sales team in the organization and received tips I implemented into my sales strategy. The following quarter, I broke the record for sales in a single quarter. Since then, I've never missed a quota by remaining aware of my progress throughout the three-month period and implementing changes whenever necessary. For three years i am the number one agent on that company.
Management was very supportive. Salary is a bit average but the incentives is really awesome. The thing that makes this company good is the people we work with.
