Joel de Souza

I was born in Curitiba, Brazil on February 2, 1983, and I always wanted to be an artist since I was a kid, inspired by my favorite animated TV shows like Batman Animated Series and Hanna-Barbera.

I started my career as the assistant artist when I first learned to work with Photoshop and Wacom pen tablet. The acknowledgment I had acquired was of a big value to me, for it helped me to evolve as an artist.

Since then, I’ve been using these acknowledgments during the time I worked in companies as an artist and nowadays as a freelancer, which started back in 2008.
