For my almost 2 years as an accounting staff/admin support that manage Australian base accounts, my attention to details and being detail oriented driven me to do my tasks in organized and quality output. I manage and assist in a logistic and electronic repair shop business that focus in transactional procedural tasks like invoicing, data entry, payroll preparation, processing remittances, reconciling accounts, updating financial position of the business, checking and verification tasks, managing emails, processing superannuation and handling phone calls while they are focus in their strategic work.

My familiarity in Excel helps me in creating pivot tables, use formulas like Vlook up, Look up, Match and some basic accounting formulas that helps me to have an easy way in doing my task. I also used some accounting tools like MYOB, XERO, Citric, and CargowiseOne to perform my accounting tasks.

In the other hand I used to help them in their transport and shipment jobs in editing and updating their cost and details in the system to be posted, and managing time sheet of the contractors and drivers for their salary. Being optimistic and motivated person driven me to do well in everything I do. And giving satisfaction and smile to my clients lead me to outperform time to time.
